Kiddos (Tutkapari)
Kiddos (originally released as Tutkapari) is a Finnish youth comedy-drama series that follows two 13-year-old best friends, Santeri and Teppo, whose lifelong bond is tested by the complications of growing up. The two have been inseperable “thick as thieves” childhood friends. They share an intense passion for football, spend their days playing the sport, dream of turning professional, and fiercely support their favorite team, Arsenal. Their “dynamic duo” dynamic shifts completely when Santeri falls heavily for a 13-year-old girl named Roosa. For the very first time in their lives, the two boys find themselves wanting vastly different things. Santeri’s focus shifts towards teenage romance and individual identity, whereas Teppo struggles with the sudden alteration of their shared football-centric routine, putting their lifelong friendship to an unprecedented test.
