Season of Sex

Season of Sex follows Lou (played by Maïmouna Badjie), a Belgian twenty-something who is thoroughly frustrated by her unfulfilling, orgasm-less sex life. After a particularly clumsy one-night stand, she vents her raw frustrations to her roommate Paulo (Milton Riche), who secretly records the candid conversation and posts it online. The video unexpectedly goes viral, sparking massive public engagement. Embracing the momentum, Lou launches a public “sexperiment” on Instagram, setting a strict deadline: she intends to achieve the best, most explosive orgasm of her life with a real partner before the end of the calendar year.
